You will be owed money from the assessment period in which you reported the changes.
Whether it’s worth continuing with the Tribunal will depend on the answers to the following questions…
1/ What date did you report the changes to your health condition?
2/ What date do you usually receive your money each month?
3/ What date did you last receive the LCWRA element?

Thank you. That means your assessment periods are 10th to 9th of every month. Your last LCWRA element was paid for assessment period 10th Dec to 9th Jan, which was paid on 16th and 30th Jan.
Changes were reported in assessment period 10th Feb to 9th March so that’s when the element is paid from.
This means if you don’t continue with the Tribunal you will only lose money for assessment period 10th Jan to 9th Feb, which will be £393. It’s entirely up to you what you want to do.0 -
I was told if I reapplied for lcwra it wouldn’t affect my appeal that I would still be able to appeal and get it back paid to when I lost it to now is that wrong

No, it’s not incorrect advice but as I advised if you did win you would only be owed 1 months LCWRA element. Your new decision means you will be owed money from assessment period 10th Feb to 9th March, which is about £393.
I don’t want you going through the appeal thinking you will be owed lots of money when you won’t be.
