Should I apply to PIP to increase to higher rate from standard?

I currently have fibromyalgia (following a car accident 5 years ago), depression and anxiety. The last few months my fibromyalgia has gotten worse, I can't use the stairs at home so am now sleeping/my bedroom is the livingroom (OT requested a move to more suitable property so I'm bidding for ground floor flat), I can't cook due to pain (my 20yr & 18yr olds cook for themselves, me/each other & order take away), I've fallen many times while walking, I actually fell down the stairs a few months ago. Today I almost passed out while brushing my teeth and again while having a "sink wash". Dressing myself has become more difficult and walking is even more painful, I keep having to stop and rest.
When I initially received standard rate of PIP my GP thought I should have gotten higher rate, so I reapplied bit was again given standard. I'm scared to apply again in case my entire PIP is taken away. In your opinion is it worth it? Has this been successful for anyone?

You can’t reapply because you already have a PIP award in payment. You can report a change of health condition but you will be sent another form to fill in and return.
Another assessment is most likely. Once a decision is made your award could either remain the same, be increased or even stopped completely.
A worsening health of condition doesn’t automatically entitle you to more points for a higher award.
