You could get Carer’s Credit if you’re caring for someone for at least 20 hours a week.
Its not means tested (ie nothing to do with income/savings) although there are certain terms for eligibility
Carer’s Credit is a National Insurance credit that helps with gaps in your National Insurance record. Your State Pension is based on your National Insurance record.

Both me & my partner filled in the form for carers credit as we are basically on call for each other 24/7 and the 'care' aspects we partake are over 20 hours a week.
Its also a very short form!
