Hello, how long after an assessment can we request to see the report? I had my consultation on Tuesday 2/7/24

    Have you had a text to say your report has compkted been sent back ? My DD got the text theday after her assessment then am assuming she could have requested it then? She chose not to but I think lots do

    Hello :) I got a text just an hour after my assessment, I was surprised it was so quick. I rang on Friday and they sent it out, should arrive within a few days 🤞

    Gone from 11 points daily living to 4 daily, and 4 Mobility. and I’ve got so much worse :( I don’t know what I’ll do without this money. it’s made my bladder pain flare and I feel so unwell from all of this. There is so so many lies on the report and things she’s missed. I haven’t had the official decision letter but have added points up and got 4 on daily living and 4 mobility
