Mandatory reconsideration fail
Got my review MR back with 0 points.
They decided that my condition doesnt meet the discriptors anymore and reduced my points from 23 to 0. Both of my conditions are permenant and non changing, i dont understand how to even argue as they didnt give reasons other than to say thats what they decided.
If they had maybe reduced my points i could understand but 0?? Any arguments i have i already made at MR i dont have anything else to appeal with

It's not unusual for the decision not to change at MR stage because most don't. It's just another step you have to go through before you can request the Tribunal.
When you filled out your review form did you treat it as a new claim and include as much information as possible, even if there were no changes? Or did you just write no change and no further information?
You can now proceed to Tribunal and either appearing in person or having a telephone/video hearing will give you the best chance of a decision in your favour. About 70% of people have a decision in their favour at this stage. You can request it online, here. https://www.gov.uk/appeal-benefit-decision/submit-appeal
You just need to give a brief reason why you disagree with the decision for now. Anything else can be done at a later date. What you need to do is concentrate on where and why you think you should have scored those points. focus on the weakness in your evidence and not the strength of their's.
What award did you have? You said 23 points to zero but there's 2 parts to PIP, daily living and mobility.

Hey thanks for the advice,
Yh I treated it like a new claim and put everything i could think of. Ok so the application where it says give the reason why im apealing, that can be brief? And then i can elaborate afterwards?
I had 12 in mobility and 11 in daily living. To be honest I could accept going down to standard mobility from enhanced but going to nothing was a shock

Yes It can be brief for now. Once you submit DWP will be given a date to which they need to respond by. (they often don't by that date) Don't panic if they don't, they will eventually. Before responding they will look at everything again and sometimes they may ring at this stage if they have questions to ask. It has been known for them to make an offer of an award at this stage but please don't expect that to happen because it may not.

once you receive the notice back from them read through it and write down why you don’t decide with each factor they have given a response too.
Has your medical circumstances changed at all? If you have medical proof it would be worth also starting to collect that for evidence if you decide to go to a tribunal.
