I won a tribunal in 2021 I was awarded enhanced care component an low rate mobility. I was awarded this due to anxiety and depression and panic disorder. I was sent a letter to review my award then DWP decided that I wasn’t going to receive PIP anymore so I appealed for mandatory reconsideration to which they denied then it went to a tribunal. I attended this tribunal in April the judge superseded my original award and awarded me zero points for daily living component and 10 points mobility at the lower rate I haven’t appealed for a second tier tribunal as it’s too exhausting however in the award letter they stated I was exaggerating anxiety and depression. I’m just confused as to why they would award me 10 points mobility for anxiety and zero points for daily living when I used to get enhanced daily living and my conditions have not changed in fact they have worsened.

do you think I should reapply for PIP altogether or will they just refuse? And will they stop paying my mobility?

so stressed out about all of this I just don’t understand how I can win one tribunal and two years later lose my ward when nothing has changed thank you all for your advice.

It's possible for 2 different panels to come to 2 completely different decisions. Even though you were previously awarded a higher award, this doesn't automatically entitle you to the same award again.

It's also possible to be awarded mobility without the daily living part.

You can't reapply for PIP because you already have an award in place. You can report changes to your health condition but you'll be sent more forms to fill in and return with all your additional evidence. Another assessment is most likely because most have them. Once a decision is made your award could either remain the same, be increased or even stopped completely.
