Difficulty using viagra, other solutions?

Hi I'm 69 and have diabetes type 2 and lived with ED for some time and its causing problems now that my wife and I have both now got more time, together.
It's difficult using Viagra as like all the drugs are not very helpful when demand is suddenly switched on and by the time I get there, which is getting less in demand, the desire has gone.
I was thinking about buying a pump has anyone used these? which one would you recommend? plus did they work?

Hello @RH56, welcome to the community 😊 I hope you're doing okay today. I'm afraid I don't have any experience with this but maybe someone who has had a similar issue and found a solution can talk about their experience!
@noman I understand it's a difficult topic for some, but we are here to help disabled people with all aspects of life. We should try to not be prudish and help where we can. This is something that affects disabled people, we should not turn people away from help just because the topic is one we may find uncomfortable. This is related to their disability.
In my experience I've found some people have issues discussing bowel problems, they feel uncomfortable talking about their bowels and bowel movements, but that leads to them not talking about it and causing health issues down the line.
I will be moving this over to our Dating, sex and relationships category.
