Hi I hope someone can help, my Husband has contribution based ESA in the support group and has LCWRA. Is this part of the migration to UC or is it just the income based ESA? I have tried to find out but as usual it's very confusing.
Many thanks

LCWRA is part of UC and the equivalent to the Support Group. I see from a previous thread that you're already claiming UC so managed migration is irrelevant to you.
Income Based ESA is completely different to UC. It's a top up payable to those claiming the old contributions based ESA. As you're claiming UC your husbands ESA will be New style ESA as it would have changed to this when you claimed UC.
