A Mole Underneath Chin/Top of Throat

Can I ask folks advice, now before I ask I do not require any Medical Advice, I just would like someone to point me in the right direction...

All of my life I have always had a mole underneath the chin/top of the throat. It has never given me any problems.

Recently when I have had a wet shave it has started to catch the blades of the razor. And it bleeds quite bad.
On Friday morning I had a shave and it happened again, but it wouldn't stop bleeding. So much to the point that the water in the sink wasn't the usual white from the shaving foam, it was red with blood.

I don't like going to the Doctors about anything and I don't want to speak or book an appointment to find out that nothing can be done by anyone, Doctor or Nurse...

Can this mole be cut out of my chin/top of throat?
Or have I just got to put up with it?

Thanking you to anyone who can answer my query.

Are you sure you didn't just catch it once by chance? When I have a shave and cut myself I will end up cutting myself in the same place every day after that, so have to shave that area super carefully till it heals up

I think the bleeding is normal too, a shaving cut can bleed for 3 hours for me, razors are just super sharp compared to a knife cut or even a paper cut. I guess you are using a virgin blade every day unlike other implements that you use again and again

Just to add I wasn't advising you not to see the GP but just trying to give some additional advice in case the GP is not an option to you, as I think people often don't realise seeing a GP is not something that can be done in certain areas of the country

If you are lucky enough to have access to a GP then by all means you have nothing to lose and everything to gain, they won't tell you off for wasting their time so do it!
