Favourite car colour

I saw Mustang's post in How is your day? about parking next to the same model car as theirs, but a different colour, and it got me thinking.

What's your favourite car colour? If you could pick any colour for your car (or imaginary car if you don't own one like me). If you really don't want to think about a car then maybe favourite bike colour?

I think I might be boring and say a light blue, like a cyan.

It depends on the car!!

I love bright colours like yellow, orange or electric blue, but with a nice car people seem to think you're showing off

I think a mundane car can pull off a bright colour but with a sports car you need to be a bit more discrete

If society wasn't so judgemental though … yellow!!!!

I'm with Mustang here, it very much depends on the car. So for a Lambo, I'd say red, but for a DeLorean, it'd have to be silver, like in the movies. 😁

I'm the same, it depends on the car. My car is black and my husband's is white. Guess who has to clean theirs more often 😂

My favourite colour is green, so a bright lime green coloured car would be my fav colour

My own car is red, but not by choice as it was second hand and the cheapest thing available at the time! I'd much prefer a sky blue or a silver one even if that's a bit boring. A relative once had a lovely mid purple Ford KA that I always admired too.

What about an old fashioned V W bettle in yellow lol 😆. I remember someone having one near me when I was little. I fell in love with that car lol 😆. I thought it was amazing lol 😆.

I know @Sandy_123 , goodness knows why I was hooked on that car I think it was the noise it made because the engine was at the back lol 😆. It looked like it was looked after.

There's someone in my town who owns a blue Reliant Robin. It's a cute little thing, I feel like I'd be concerned driving it though. I know it's safe as long as you aren't doing silly speeds around corners but I guess I just keep thinking about that old Top Gear episode about it.

I don't like white cars, no plausible reason for it. I've seen a newish van in the neighborhood that is a gorgeous metallic bronze colour. My old school caretaker had a pink Cadillac! He also had a big quiff and was the coolest school caretaker ever seen!!
