i wonder can some one help me i claim new style esa am in support group also pip can my husband claim carers allowence for mr

    He can claim Carers allowance for looking after you if your PIP includes the daily living part. He must also not be earning more than £151/week.

    You’re welcome. Your ESA will not be affected.
    Have you checked entitlement to Universal Credit? you will need to claim as a couple because it’s a means tested benefit. If you have capital/savings of more than £16,000 you’re excluded from claiming.

    Your ESA will continue as normal but be deducted in full from any UC entitlement.
