Hi @Daisydoo93. I know how upsetting it is to score 0 points, I went through the same thing. I wasn't awarded PIP until I'd been to a tribunal. I don't want you to worry about the MR and tribunal. It's a lengthy process but it doesn't mean you won't be awarded anything just because you've scored 0 now. Make sure to point out exactly how your daily life is affected on your worst day. For my MR I went back through every point and stated that even though they'd said I could do things, I definitely couldn't, and then gave an example. I then scored 4 points. The tribunal was actually the nicest part of the process. They're there to listen to you and will ask lots of questions but they just really want to understand your situation.
Don't give up hope 😊

thank you so much!
I feel they don’t listen at all and even when you explain they don’t even consider it.. so drainingI awaiting my letter to them do my MR and just requested a letter from my doctor also so this can go along with my MR form
Thank you

Oh @Rachel_Scope - please don't say to a claimant to write about their 'worst' day as PIP is how you are the majority of days, & if a person's condition fluctuates they should describe all of their days.
Do put your MR in writing; a letter is fine.
Remember PIP is not about any diagnosis, but rather how your disability affects certain activities of daily living &/mobility the majority of the time. Have a look again at the activities/descriptors that are looked at in the link below:
With your MR you should say where you think you should have got points, & why giving a couple of recent, detailed examples as to the difficulty you face for each applicable descriptor, i.e. when did it happen, where, what happened, did anyone see this, & were there any consequences to attempting/doing an activity?
Say if you can't do an activity 'reliably,' i.e. safely, to an acceptablestandard, repeat as often as one would reasonably expect, or if ittakes you much longer than someone without a disability. See this mentioned at the end of the link below.
Put your name & National Insurance number on each page. Keep a copy, & get a free Certificate of Posting from your Post Office when sending it off.
You'll need to put the above link in your browser, as hyperlinks aren't working for me today, sorry.

Hi @chiarieds. Just a misunderstanding there. I meant it as don’t underestimate how the condition affects them each day. Make sure to be honest about the days that are more difficult.
