I need help with what I’m entitled to claiming Adp but I’m dislexic and don’t understand any of it as they are confusing questions to me, can anybody help me please as everybody says go on-line, I can’t do it, i don’t do on line stuff Sorry

Have you tried to contact the Citizens Advice Bureau? Here is the phone number for their Scotland advice line 0800 028 1456.
You can also contact your local branch. Here's a link for you - . It just needs your postcode and it will show you the nearest branch to you.
