tribunal

Just had my refusal letter from my MR, which I expected. I wrote like what I was explained on here in writing, giving real life examples of situations, when my Disability effected me, but it was like they never read it and just re said what they said in the first refusal. Now what do I need to write in my tribunal appeal ..can you help please.

Hey @agbra1977 I'm so sorry to hear the MR wasn't successful, but as you said, they often aren't. We have a lot of information on tribunal here for you to peruse. That might give you the information you need.

What I'm asking is do I need to send evidence or will they have what I sent to the dwp the first and second time? Because there is enough in there to support my appeal.

You do not need to send what's already been sent. DWP will send everything to them and you will receive a copy of all of it in the "bundle"
You can request the Tribunal online here.
