hi I was awarded ESA support group around 2016-2018 , but can’t find my original letters from them, do I need them for moving on UC I just can’t remember anything from that period in regards to assessments on how I got it unless it was automatically given when re assessed

No, you do not need anything when you claim UC. Once you've submitted your claim you will have access to a journal so put a message on there to tell them you're in the Support Group.
If you do what proof of your ESA at anytime then you should receive the annual uprating letter every year so you can also use that.
