So is the work allowance automatic, its not shown anywhere on my UC claim that I can see.

Yep, that all looks correct to me. The work allowance is automatic and should show up on your next statement near the end (under the 'deductions' section).
Your LCWRA will continue, unless you are reviewed and a new decision is made.
With prescriptions, it depends how much you earn. As you have LCWRA, you can earn up to £935 a month and still be entitled to free prescriptions. If you earned over this one month, you won't be entitled to free prescriptions during the following assessment period. But if your earnings went down again the next month, you would be during the assessment period after.

Thank you :) Third day in, struggled a bit yesterday but managed to reduce my hours and was a lot better today :)
