SO reading more today its all about getting disabled peope back to work also concerning is they will be using some form of AI !!! So my doctor says I'm mentally unstable to work right the tories plan was from 2025 WCA tightening for new claimants not what they can't do but what they can do you think thier adopt this I do I think be called pathways so all old claimants will be OK for maybe two years when get round to us will we be assessed under tighten criteria? Will pip be the main disability benefit tories already set up wca for 2025 but of change pip will it have to go through courts ?

Any massive changes to PIP has to go through legislative changes as far as I am aware. That will be a long time of debating in parliament, committees and consultations. It would take a very long time.
