Hi, my name is donnaw! Waiting since May 2023 for a court date, is there anything I can do?
Hi I wonder if u could give me some advice I have been waiting since May 2023 for a court date for my daughter's pip I've still got no date and we r really struggling I've tried to ring the court but getting nowhere

Sorry to hear you and your daughter have been waiting so long, that sounds really tough.
Have you been in touch with your MP at all? Sometimes they can help move things along or investigate what's happening, so it could be worth a try.
Maybe some of our other members will have some ideas too. Hope you can get a date through soon.

Hi Steve yes it is I've been through this once before and got DLA but then my daughter turned 16 so it changed to PIP but now my daughter has more problems now and refused it again but they have given her the highest grade in mobility I just can't understand it 😔

I sent an email and following that had my court date booked in for 4 weeks later

12 months since I applied for the appeal. Started the whole process in Jan 23
