How long does it take for the statement of reasons to be presented?

won tribunal in may, DWP asked for a statement of reasons in June. Roughly how long should this take and who do I contact in regards to their appeal after the statement of reasons to track progress etc ?

There are no timescales how long it takes. The Judge will write them in their own spare time. Once they are sent DWP then have 1 month to appeal, if they find the error in law.
Please note that requesting the SOR and ROP does not mean they are appealing the decision. They very rarely appeal it.
