Lcwra
LCWRA was awarded on 30/07/2024 which was made in the assessment period 09/07/20244 - 08/08/2024.As LCWRA is not payable for 3 assessment periods after, this means that it will not be paid in the periods:09/08/2024 - 08/09/202409/09/2024 - 08/10/202409/10/2024 - 08/11/2024 This is because the relevant period applies to this case, as it is not a terminal illness (less than 12 months to live), not a review decision and not a transition from ESA to UC.This means that LCWRA will be paid in the assessment period 09/11/2024 - 08/12/2024
Need little help with the information please as i have a learning disability and my brain doesn't get it

It will help to know what date exactly you provided your first fit note.

Thank you. That means your waiting period is as follows…
April/May, May/June, June/July.. LCWRA element starts from 9th July to 8th August and first payment will be 15th August.
This is assuming you continued to provide fit notes without any gaps until a decision was made on your work capability assessment. If there were gaps in your fit notes that can affect when the extra money is paid from. Were there any gaps?

The outcome was July 30th so I won't get the in money in October 8/10/24 and so on

The date the decision is made is irrelevant. If there were no gaps in your fit notes they are not correct in telling you your first payment is October. First payment will be this month if there were no gaps.

Did you continue to send fit notes the whole time without any gaps?

They said that I don't need to get a doctor sick and unless if my health changes

I don't need a doctor sick note because if my health changes

You said your first fit note was 11th March. You should have continued to provide them the whole time without any gaps until a decision is made on the work capability assessment. Gaps can affect when the extra money is paid from.
Who told you that you didn’t need to provide them? I’m hearing this a lot lately and it’s wrong.

If you have proof of that then put a message onto your journal and tell them you were advised you didn’t need to provide fit notes and because of this it has affected when the extra money is paid from.

sorry I missed that comment. Was this your first work capability assessment? Or did you have LCW from a previous assessment?

the first time it was lcw but the second time is lcwra

Thank you. That means there’s no waiting period but fit notes were still needed when you reported changes. Telling you that they were needed is incorrect.
When reporting changes the extra money is paid from the assessment period in which you reported those changes but you didn’t provide fit notes.
It wasn’t your fault you didn’t provide them because you were told not to.
Put a message onto your journal and tell them that you reported changes to your health condition but were advised you didn’t need fit notes. Also tell them that you already had LCW so the waiting period doesn’t apply and it should be from the assessment period in which the decision was made.
I know you said you have a learning disability, do you have someone that can put that message on your journal for you? Or help you do that, if you can’t do it yourself?
