    Hi ..

    Can you request telephone Assesment for pip , due to anxiety of attending face to face .

    I am claiming as appointee / several health conditions and don't know we're to start .

    Yes asking for a telephone assessment is perfectly fine and they mostly do phone assessments since covid I believe? You'll just need to call and request a phone assessment as a reasonable adjustment.
