What do you need typically to rent a studio flat as a disabled person?

So how much money saved up do you need for 1st months rent deposit , security for the landlords peace of mind etc?
What does rental agency typically require, you go there you look for a flat in your price range maybe 300-400 a month.
What do they need from you as an approximation?

It would be at least 1 months (some ask for 2 months rent) in advance and a tenancy deposit. This applies to England, it maybe different in other parts of the country.
If you'll be claiming for help with the rent through benefits then you maybe asked for a guarantor, if you're lucky enough to find a landlord who accepts benefit tenants and not many people do, sadly.
This may be useful.

Have you looked at websites such as Zoopla and Rightmove to see how much Studio flats are going for in your area? I don't think you'll find one for £300 a month nowadays. That would be more like shared accommodation.
If you've never rented anywhere before, a landlord is likely to need a guarantor. Someone who will be responsible for paying the rent if you don't. They may need to prove they have enough income or savings to do that.
