Hi I'm on UC my disabled daughter also gets UC and pip my son who gets JSA wants his girlfriend to move in what will happen to my benefits

His girlfriend will need to claim UC herself. Your son will need to report the changes to UC and then he’ll be sent a linking code to join both claims together. As they will be living together they will need to claim as a couple. Entitlement will then be based on their joint circumstances.

Ah sorry, then it’s the other way around, she will need to report a change of circumstances and he will need to start a claim for UC.
If she’s under 21 then there will be no non dependent deductions if your UC includes housing element. If you’re claiming either daily living PIP/ADP or DLA mid/high rate care then there will be no non dependent deductions regardless of their age.
If your UC doesn’t include help with the rent then it won’t affect it.
You should still report the changes anyway just so they know.
