Hi all, just used snappy shopper for the first time. A long story short, shop, packed order they said showed ready for collection, but on my app showed as order accepted. No one turned up to collect the order made at 9.15. There is no where to track delivery.shop couldn't cancel and as no option, despite online terms state contact the shop. I have anxiety and my only option was to go to the shop which I'm still shaking from. My bank couldn't help for 30 days. Snappy shopper state open from 11am on a Saturday but on calling the lines were closed.suffice to say won't use them again.

Hi @Sharebear. I'm sorry you had this experience. You did well to go to the shop, although you shouldn't have needed to. I hadn't heard of them so I looked at their reviews and although there are many 5 star reviews there are just as many 1 star which seem to be about the same issue you've had. I hope the bank is eventually able to get your money back.

Thanks for caring. I have collected the food so I won't be trying for money back. I have left really bad feedback online too. When I got to the shop the lady said a staff member had just been in and they were still fighting for refund.

I just don't want anyone who is unable to get out to use them. Take care
