we are investigating setting up a private hire business, using a large lwb, wav, in South Wales , 6 seats and hold 2 wheel chairs or mobility scooter, for functions, days out, airports, as my wife is pensionable age, and has disabilities , she wants to put out feelers if there is a demand. thanks
