UC has savings limits like IR ESA, 6,000 before deductions are made, over £16,000 no entitlement to UC (I think there might be a disregard for first year after managed migration).
No, no commitments on NS ESA.

Not everyone that transferred from IB to ESA remained on contributions based ESA, it would depend what group you were placed into at the time you migrated across.
I can confirm by the letter you posted here that your ESA is 100% part CB with the Income Related top up.

Your ESA will revert to New style and your payments will be £138.20/week, paid fortnightly. Your UC will include the LCWRA element but the ESA will be deducted in full from UC.
