Morning am Hemplegia down right side have had hip replacement right leg my knee turned inwards walk on tiptoes with aid clutch started having shooting pains from knee and bones at moment when laying not able straighten right leg too sniff and painful so am holding right leg up to my chest never had that type pain from my knee down any suggestions try to manage my condition with physio everyday 3 times day try not rely pain killers concern they can bring other problems stomach on top my condition have osteoporosis in my leg and very bad bone wastage any suggestion try not access GP they have alot on but been 24hrs all usual physio stretches closing eyes trying breath slowly not only think dosed for 2hrs when woke leg stiffened and move toes or leg just little was painful never been on Forum or asked for advice thought ask thank you

I'd recommend going to see your GP. Your health is very important and they're there to help you. Have you had issues with painkillers before?

Only use them when pain flares last time 8 months ago thenk you fir reply
