If it's Universal Credit you're claiming then your money will not stop because you've been found fit for work.
If it's New style ESA you're claiming then yes your money will stop.
You can challenge the decision by first requesting the Mandatory Reconsideration. (MR) If it's UC you're claiming then you can request this on your journal. You should state which group you think you should be placed into and your reasons why.
Have you looked at the descriptors for LCWRA? If not you can see them here.
If it's New style ESA you're claiming then you will need to put the MR request in writing stating where and why you think you should have scored those points.
If the MR decision doesn't change you can proceed to Tribunal.

Thanku poppy 123456 I have challenged it but they still declined it. I can't wait for them to call me in.

Then you can proceed to Tribunal. What do you mean "you can't wait for them to call you in?"
Is this for ESA or UC?

They say I'm fit enough for work I can't barely walk. I would like them to tell me how I can work when I can't get there, plus they can see how I am instead judging me over a phone call

All you can do is request the Tribunal. You can request it online here.
