That means your first payment will be 6th March 2021. I have no Idea why they are telling you it's from that short space of time. Put a message onto your journal under the payment section and remind that of the date you first reported your health condition and the date you provided your first fit note. Tell them there's been no gaps in your fit notes for the whole time and you don't understand why you are only receiving £416.

Thankyou poppy I have put all the dates on my journal and a few things you have said I also put I want a mandatory reconsideration about the back pay I'll just have to wait I think they are just trying to pull my pants down

Hi last month I asked for a mandatory reconsideration I've put msgs under payments and no one has even replied is that because they owe me two years back pay?
0 -
Hey @luke47 sorry to hear you've not heard anything back yet. It may be worth you giving them a call if you can? Or asking on your journal again?

Ive put five msgs on in payments and had no response is it because I'm looking at a big pay out ?

MRs can take a good while to do unfortunately. It may be different for UC, but my current PIP MR is apparently going to take up to 15 weeks. It took them six weeks to acknowledge I'd even asked for a MR.

If they sorted things out sooner they won't be as much back pay I've had nothing but headache from my job centre in the last three year even when I said after 27 years of scaffolding I'm falling to bits cheers for your both replies ❤️❤️

Hi still not had any reply about my back pay only a letter on my journal saying I've failed to report a change in my circumstances this is regarding the capital review? My circumstances has not changed they really stressing me out
0 -
Did they inform you there was a capital review?
Have you received any money or property recently at all? I'm curious why they'd say something about a capital review.

Hi and no not come in to any money or property I was put on lcwra and I'm in low rate pip no I had no msgs about a capital review could it be that they owe me alot of money lol

Ive had to ring UC as all was ignoring my MSG's they wanted to no my capital again four months ago I had to send four years worth of bank statements in which I thought was a joke I also mentioned about my back pay Sid they will email a case manager I told them what poppy said it should go back to march April 2022 she sounded shocked

Does anyone understand that ? Like I said first health change Nov 2021 first fit note 2021 are they trying to rip me off
0 -
I’m assuming that was someone from the service centre who often do not know what they are talking about.
Based on the information you have given earlier in the thread then first payment should be from back in 2022.
You can look back on your journal to see exactly when you provided your first fit note. As I remember I asked if this was your first work capability assessment and you said it was.

Hi poppy hope you are doing well yes this is my first work capability assessment. Yes my first health change was Nov 2021 like I put on here I was told a case manager would reply today by 6pm I've heard nothing yet and I no they are trying to fob me off because 24 month x 416 is a fair amount
0 -
And the case manager never replied again said today before 6pm 🤣🤣what do I do now
0 -
It's not £416/month for 24 months because in previous years it would have been less than that. This amount only applies from the April increase this year. For the previous year it was £390/month. The year before that it was £354/month.

Ok thanks poppy I'll let you know when I hear from them thankyou for your time once again xx

Dont understand that at all what changes of capital I've had none only LCWRA payment

Sorry but I can't answer that question. Reply to the message and ask what changes are they referring to. To be clear, capital also includes any savings you may have.
