Fasciculations and muscle atrophy

I have diffuse, daily intermittent fasciculations mainly in my left limbs (upper arm, quadriceps) and trunk. I also have diffuse muscle wasting, more prominent on the left side. I have occasional fasciculations in my right quadricep, lip and (rarely) tongue. EMG/NCS was slightly abnormal (right side) 2 years ago and the slight abnormality was put down to spondylosis (arthritis and disc degeneration disease shown on MRI in 2022). I am on the waiting list for an outpatient neurology consultation (since June this year), and I expect an appointment later this year - I have taken videos of the fasciculations in readiness for that appointment. I was diagnosed with a "motor syndrome" by a neurologist in 2022. Neuromuscular disorder was subsequently ruled out by a specialist. I have chronic TBI along with other diagnoses.

Pain and fasciculations are aggravated by movement/exertion.

I am aware the muscle atrophy could be neurogenic and also down to deconditioning . I am also well aware fasciculations could be caused by nerve damage via spinal issues/chronic tbi (I am a former rugby player), but they have increased in amplitude/frequency since the 2022 EMG/NCS.

I wondered whether anyone else on the forum has had experience of a similar progression of such symptoms and what the outcome/diagnosis was ?

For example, has anyone had slightly abnormal EMG/NCS results, which then became much more abnormal a few years later ?
