Adding Fit Note to UC Account
Hello,
Up until this month, it has been very easy to add my Fit Note to my UC account online. I tried to add my latest Fit Note but the process seems to have changed and was very long winded. I didn't end up succeeding and have added a note to my journal saying I was unable to. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
Thanks

To be clear, when you say "add a fit note" you can't specifically add it, you can only add the details of the fit note by reporting a change of circumstances and then click "report a fit note"
Is this what you're having problems doing? I've not come across this issue with any members here but that's not saying it doesn't happen. Hopefully someone will respond to your message soon.

To clarify, I didn't add the fit note itself but added the dates. I'm not sure I even need to as I have LCWRA but I haven't been told to stop the fit notes which is confusing. I found my local job centre very disorganised and I don't have any paperwork that says I have LCWRA. It was said to me verbally so I am considering contacting them to get it in writing.

You should have had the decision letter uploaded onto your journal, did you receive that? Once the decision is made on your work capability assessment, no further fit notes are needed.
There's also extra money from the 4th month after you provided your first fit note, unless you're claiming with a partner that already receives this element on your claim.

Thanks for the information, I have checked my journal but no decision letter. My local jobcentre asked me to come in but when I told them about my accessibility issues then someone called me. They said I didn't need to look for a job due to my medical needs but they seemed very disorganised and I have nothing in writing. I've added a note to my journal asking if they can clarify the fit note situation.
