Hi @jrob, sorry to hear you're feeling stressed out, it can be really worrying to swap over benefits to a new system. Which benefits are you on at the moment?
We have a post about managed migration written by one of our members that you might like to read through.
Is there anything in particular about the migration that's stressing you out?

You won't be 5 weeks without money. PIP isn't part of UC so that will continue as normal.
If any part of your ESA is Income Related this will continue for 2 weeks and then stop, same applies to housing benefit.
If you're in the Support Group for ESA then you'll be entitled to the LCWRA element from the start of your claim.
As you're privately renting your home then you will need to provide proof of liability to pay rent such as a tenancy agreement.
You can also ask for an advance payment for UC but this needs to be repaid back and your future UC payments will be reduced. More information is included in the guide I completed, which Rosie linked to above in her comment.
