London Borough of Barking and Dagenham Harassment

Do you know anyone, especially OAP's, who have had serious problems with the terrible local authority of Barking and Dagenham, regarding Housing and Council Tax Benefits, that are not being paid to OAP's and others on Benefits. Housing and Council Tax Benefits that they are entitled to, especially Old Age Pensioners, are being deliberately stopped and no one seems to know why.
