ADP - change in award

Hi all,
I was awarded high rate for care component and standard for mobility in June this year. I suffer from Fibromyalgia. I appealed in July to ask them to review the mobility part as I feel I need this due to my condition. I spoke to a gentleman over the phone and asked if he could assist me. I did ask him when speaking if this would only affect the mobility side of the re-determination and he said yes. However as of yesterday I received a letter from them stating that my entire award was looked at and now I am now going to receive standard rate for both care and mobility. The points that I have been awarded are far different from what I received in my June award.
I have booked an appointment with Citizen advice. Has anyone else had this same issue on ADP. I am very stressed now as again I need to prove my disability.
Many thanks,
B

Yes, they look at the whole decision again and not just part of it. If you disagree because you’ve already been through the re-determination you can now request the Tribunal.

Hi Poppy,
Thank you for your reply. I wished the person on the phone confirmed this, but stated the opposite. I am more than happy to take this to a Tribunal as I feel let down by the process.
Thank you again,
B
