Can you be automatically treated as having LCW if on PIP.

    Not if you're under state pension age.

    If on PIP, do you still have to wait for 3 months for payments if awarded LCWRA

    Yes, the waiting period applies to everyone if it's your first work capability assessment. Unless you're claiming through end of life treatment. PIP is irrelevant.
