hello ! currently working 16 hrs
have fibromyalgia / osteoarthritis/IBS /few others
have been sent uc50 form
lcwra how do i get tht ? if i get put into lcw group will i be able to reduce my hours as currently my manager is looking into this due to my condition flaring and me having time off sick a lot. wellbeing meeting was triggered off due to absence level so reducing hours seems to be best to help me manage my health adequately.

Yes if you are awarded LCW you will be able to reduce your hours at work, but LCW doesn't increase your UC award unless the LCW was awarded before April 2017.
LCWRA is awarded based on you meeting specific criteria. You can read the specific criteria here
