Hello and a question. Would we be able to get the disabled road tax status on the car?

Hi all. I've joined to ask a question in regards to disabled road tax.

My mum has applied for PIP, and is eligible for transport etc. My dad is her nominated driver but the car we use is registered in my name.

Would we be able to get the disabled road tax status on the car? Or would we need to change it etc.

    I believe the transport will need to be registered in either your mum or dads name and it must be only used for their personal needs. I hope this helps.
