    Heya @LibbyMitchell28 I'm sorry to hear there's been a massive lack of communication with your work coach. There's information here on how to make an official complaint, but you can also just call the UC helpline and make your feelings known that way if easier? Though it's always best to complain in writing if you can.
    It seems very odd that your WCA has taken so long, that's way longer than it's taken for anyone else. I'd definitely give the UC helpline a call and see if they can shed any light about the WCA. Tel- 0800 328 5644
