Pip review evidence

Hi,
I have received my review form and have been filling in each section.
However, I am unsure what evidence I could send them. My condition has worsened, but I am waiting for referrals for the issues that have worsened my conditions (e.g. vascular doctors for my leg issue that affects my mobility).
The paperwork says not to send referral/appointment letters and to not send anything that they've had before from my original award. This means that I really have no evidence to send and it is just basically my word that these medical issues exist and are causing me issues 😕

Heya @KaliB good to hear from you. :)
PIP is less about evidence and more about showing on the review form how your disability affects each of the descriptors, but supporting evidence is fine if you think it will help your case, but it's not essential, so please try not to panic.I'd highly recommend treating a review like a brand new claim, so putting as much info in as you can, making sure you explain how each descriptor is affected, preferably with real world examples and any consequences.
