Hi, my name is Ezza1996! Review forms sent in two weeks late, now I've not been paid.

Hi I'm new. Can u help. Iv been on Pip years. In November 2021 I got awarded 5 years in February I lost my partner of 18 years my head fell of I couldn't go bk in my house didn't know wot was up and down. I was staying with my dad for a bit. Then I got a new house in July I went home to pack my stuff and I had a letter from pip saying I had a review. I was 2 weeks late sending it bk I rang them they said its all OK then the week after I only got half my money wen I rang them bk they said its just outside the time window just wait for a letter it's been a few weeks now iv not been paid again I'm in alot worst situation iv got worse don't know wot to do has my partner did everything can they just stop my money even tho I got awarded 5 years

I'm so sorry to hear about your partner, I understand how tough that can be. Have you spoken to your GP about how you've been feeling?
The DWP always send the review forms a year before your award is due to stop, this is because reviews are taking so long to do currently (Mine took just over a year) Have you spoken to anyone from the DWP recently to ask for an update on the situation, as we'd be unable to say why.Unfortunately it is up to the individual to tell the DWP about any change of circumstances such as changes of address, even if temporary. But hopefully you'll be able to explain the situation and you can sort this out quickly.
