I can't see your question but on UC when it asks you to confirm your previous earnings it's to check if you're eligible for a grace period from the benefit cap, I don't know what else you wanted to know though @Ryan1871 as the message is just blank ❤️

Oh im sorry im new to this guys bare with me, what it is basically i was working Full time up untill june 24 i started receiving SSP payments which as we no its not the greatest but i was still grateful for what i got. Iv been signed off since then with sick notes provided. i approached UC with what has been going on and been accepted for UC but iv seen in my journal about previous earnings so iv provided my last 3 months payslips which show my SSP payments of no more than 200 quid, was this right that i had to provide this information to them IE my last three payslips? what happens next?

    many thanks guys

Don't worry we all start from somewhere!!!

Did they ask for your last 3 pay slips @Ryan1871? Normally you get a message asking you to report your last 12 months of earnings and whether you were working etc. They want to check you earned over a certain amount to see if you can have a 'grace period' from the benefit cap. Did it come up as a 'to do' action or just like a message in your journal? ❤️

thanks for the reply so the last message in my journal was yesterday to confirm a "to do "previous earnings from work where iv managed to up load 2 sick notes and then wrote in my journal how to add another. but when i click onto confirm previous work earnings it says no gaps and my earnings were less than 500 a month… so yeh im abit baffed whats it mean by a grace period and cap?

    many thanks

Ahh oke, so the benefit cap doesn't impact everyone anyway @Ryan1871 so don't worry but there's some info about what the grace period means etc here:
