am on disability living allowance but cannot get help for mobility help

Hi @Geisha18, welcome to the community 😊 I hope you're doing okay today. Hopefully we can try to help you with your question. Do you know what components and rates of DLA you receive? It's possible you could receive extra help if you are on certain rates.

am on complete higher care component I have blue badge but they will not put me on mobility it was their mistake 15 years ago when I should have been placed on it

If you were born after 9th April 1948 then any changes means you'll need to start a claim for PIP. If you were born before that date then it is possible to be awarded the mobility part of D:A but you will need to prove you had the mobility difficulties before you reached state pension age.

they know that I was medically retired from work at 55 I was born in 1945 I filled all forms in again in 2021 filled forms on for blue badge

I am on disability living allowance I don't know if I have to apply for pip was told no as I will just go over automatically on new benefit I don't fit in any category do I?

As you were born before April 1948 then you will not be changed over to PIP and you will remain on DLA. It is possible to ask for a supersession but not easy to do this because you will need to prove that you had mobility issues before you reach state pension age.

Attendance Allowance has no mobility part so pointless claiming that.
