My dm for pip has gone back to my doctors for advice apparently this doesn't happen often.

It doesn't happen all the time, but sometimes they do contact your doctors to get some extra information. Hopefully they'll be able to get back to them nice and quickly so you're not waiting too long. Fingers crossed for you 😊
