Hi, my name is Doffie! Haven't had my pension credit for 2 weeks after granted AA, any advice?

I have just been granted Assisted Allowance but not been paid my Pension Credit for 2 weeks why would this be please as I don't understand what I'm being told, can anyone help

Has anything else changed recently? Do you claim any other benefits at all?
