Pip Tribunal
i have heard from the tribunal that DWP have now responded to my appeal although over the 28 days.
I have been told that DWP will write to me separately with their comments and I can then respond to the tribunal with evidence.
As yet I have heard nothing from DWP and the tribunal has emailed me a reminder to provide evidence.
Could I clarify that I contact the DWP direct to chase them for the response and presumably the same department that turned down my MR?

Heya @Lanson66 I've found the DWP will always wait until the very last minute to do anything with tribunals, so I'd try not to worry too much. You can always call the DWP, but I'm not sure if their call centre will have much information regarding the tribunal.

Hi all,
I am working through the pack regarding my PIP tribunal, in one section it refers to “EME has been requested “ I have searched online for an explanation of EME but cannot find what it refers to, is anyone able to clarify this for me?

Hi @Lanson66. I've been unable to find out what it means too. I wonder if it's a typo? Maybe someone else here will know, but I'm stumped! Sorry I wasn't more helpful.

There's a whole list of abbreviations used here but can't find anything on there to suggest what it is. I'm thinking a typo too.

Have you not got anyone to help you?
Where I live the council has a Welfare Rights who have helped me through my last three appeals. Failing that the Citizens advice can also help you.
