Hi I’m the Appointee for my 24 year old son (ADHD & Aspergers) and he has asked if he could have payments paid direct into his account rather than mine and for me to stand down which I don’t have a problem doing. Has anyone done this and is it an easy process? Many thanks

Yes, it's possible to cancel the appointee, if DWP agree that he's now capable of managing his own claim. You will need to ring PIP.
