Hi there I have just been put on the adt which I didn’t get a letter for it appeared in my bank , I also don’t think I’m getting my mail. I’m raging to think my neighbours maybe got my private information and I have just moved house.
so can you tell me is it 4 weeks that I received the back dated amount that I get my next payment please TIA

Without your letter it would not be possible to say how much you'll receive or whether the payment you received was for 4 weeks or more. If you still have not received a letter it would be advisable to call them and ask for details and check they have your new address down correctly.
