Hi, my name is AJ2024! Getting my PIP review letter soon, any advice?

Hello, new here. I'm so worried. Woke up this morning and received a text saying my PIP review letter is out in the post and expect it with it 2 weeks.
I suffer from Hemiplegic Migraines. They leave me sofa bound (as can't always make it upstairs to my bed). If I lose my PIP, I'm stuffed!
Any advice would be gratefully be appreciated.
Thankyou.

Hi @AJ2024, welcome to the community. I've popped your post into our PIP section where more members can find it and offer their advice, I hope that's okay!
As AKR asked, is this a decision letter or are you starting your review soon?
Hopefully we can answer some of your questions 😊

This is just a PIP review form. I already get PIP, so they're just reviewing everything. I have terrible memory problems and can't remember alot. So I take photos of virtually everything, including the last form I filled out and sent. So I have something to base things from. I forget what I can and can't do during a typical day and have other people who help remind me of things also.
I'm just so worried right now about the review.
