Uc - Income Support & Disability Premium Payments

I claimed uc on the 16th and I have had a payment of £206.33 income support in bank today am I correct that's the 2 weeks that is paid, but I also get disability premiums on top of that with my income support are those not paid as well thanx in advance

Hi @Jon7777777. You should receive the 2 week run-on payment of Income Support plus your Disability Premium - Run-on Payments.

Do you think your premium hasn't been paid?

Hi no I recieved, £206 income support, but my payment for 2 weeks is normally £340 income support with added premiums

I would leave a message in your journal explaining that your premiums haven't been paid and hopefully they'll get back to you with an answer as to why. Sorry I can't be any more help than that. Another member may have experienced the same thing and be able to add their thoughts 😊

They will need to contact Income Support not use their journal to question the missing disability premiums, the journal is only for UC and they will not be able to advise on Income Support. Everything else is spot on.

Hi do I need to contact income support, or uc does after I ring them, who has actually made the payment income support or uc thanx

Income Support will have made the payment and if you believe the amount to be incorrect it is them you will need to contact to have it corrected.

OK thank you, the £200 went in on Tuesday, I will wait till sat just incase it goes in then, if not ring on Monday
