Bpd spending money claiming it back?
I recently just had an episode and my alter has spend money on a Casino - I recently upgraded my phone last couple days and did change the passcode - it’s with Apple Pay - casinos- I bank with Halifax - is there anyway to claim the money back due to an episode ?? I’ve literally just logged in and seen all the deposits 850£ all together - I have a letter from my cpn regarding my diagnose for debt it has racked up to send to the credit card companies- I’m paying it off - but I plan on shutting down these credit cards it’s taken out- would I be able to claim the money back and block it from the site?

Hi @Lostsoul13, It's a difficult situation, but you could try reaching out to the casino company and see what they say. It may even be worth asking whether a professional or one of your mental health teams could support you to do this.
Was the money for the casino put on a credit card too? Sometimes credit card companies can cancel things for you if you've got a good reason for it, so that might be another avenue to explore if it's possible.
There are ways to block casinos and gambling sites on your devices, perhaps that's something you could look into too. If you do a quick internet search, there are a few different options there that might be useful 😊
Hope you can get things sorted in some way!
